You are bidding on a rally ride experience with world Kiwi rally driver Hayden Paddon in his Hyundai AP4 rally car. To top it off GWD Hyundai will sort you and your mate out with a car to get you both there and a packed lunch to keep you going, plus you’ll also get a copy of Hayden Paddon’s autobiography DRIVEN.

This experience is valued at $3,000 and has kindly been donated for auction by Hyundai New Zealand in association with GWD Hyundai as part of the Shear4Blair Shearathon event. All proceeds from this auction will go to the Southland Charity Hospital.

The ‘Rally Ride’ auction item consists of an approximate 5-minute rally experience, sitting in the co-driver seat of world Kiwi rally Driver Hayden Paddon’s Hyundai AP4 rally car.
The auction also includes Hayden Paddon’s autobiography DRIVEN.
The ‘Rally Ride’ experience is valid for two people.
The 2022 date and location of the ‘Rally Ride’ is still to be confirmed.
If the auction winner is unable to attend on the set date, further communication will take place between Hyundai New Zealand and the auction winner with regards to other dates and locations that may be available.
GWD Hyundai will provide the winner and their friend a vehicle to get to and from the experience. This vehicle may be collected from either the Invercargill or Gore branches and must be returned to the same branch. The driver must have a valid full driver’s license and will be required to present this when loaning the vehicle.
Aside from the above inclusion, flights and any other associated costs with getting to the ‘Rally Ride’ location are at the cost of the auction winner.
The ‘Rally Ride’ is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The recipient of the ride must be 18+.

Free delivery or collection is available for these items within the South Otago, Central Otago, and Southland regions. Delivery elsewhere in New Zealand is available at the buyer’s cost.
